Health , Safety & Environment

3. - All relative information concerning health, safety and environment are available for the employees, customers and authorities and the company actively cooperates with all the bodies responsible for defining and developing measures that increase the level of safety.

4. - The company informs its customers to use of the products and their waste, giving careful consideration to health, safety and protection of the environment.

Equipment
All production equipment are designed or modified according to safety standards.

Training
Instructors, managers, and supervisors carry out training of employees at different levels. A written training program, covering all safety, quality and environment topics, is available in every department and followed by the instructors. A recording system is in place to document attendance and results of the course.

Industrial Hygiene
Exposure in the workplace to very toxic or hazardous chemicals avoided by following closed system handling procedures. It is compulsory for the personal to use protective equipment. Under the supervision of external consultants, company experts make use of a monitoring program to detect selected substances in the workplace. The health of all our employees is checked regularly by a team of doctors.

Emergency
Pars Darou has its own emergency reaction team trained by  professional instructors. The plant is well equipped to cope with possible accidents.

Investigations and Audits
In case of accident everybody is asked to collect information, find the causes and suggest corrective action. Internal auditing is one of the tools we have available to keep the situation under control and guarantee a non-stop improvement.

Waste water Treatment plant
The wastewater treatment plant is designed to treat the water generated during production.

Air Emissions
All emissions that could contain chemical particles are controlled and sent to the air-wash system.
